Roma, 23 February 2024 – Rai Way S.p.A. informs that the 2024-27 Industrial Plan will be presented to the financial community during the conference call concerning the approval of results as of 31 December 2023. Date and time of that call will be announced as soon as determined.
It is also noted that the Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Financial Statement as of 31 December 2023 (on single call) is now scheduled for 29 April 2024, instead of 30 April 2024 as previously announced. Therefore, the financial calendar for the year 2024 has been updated as follows:
