Record date and payment date of Metso Outotec's second dividend instalment of EUR 0.12

Metso Outotec Corporation's stock exchange release on October 27, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. EEST Metso Outotec's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on April 21, 2022, decided to pay the dividend for the financial year 2021 in two instalments. According to the AGM's decision, the first dividend instalment of EUR 0.12 per share was paid on May 2, 2022, and the second instalment of EUR 0.12 per share should be paid on November 7, 2022. The Board of Directors of Metso Outotec has today, October 27, 2022, decided in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting that the payment date for the second dividend instalment of EUR 0.12 per share will be November 7, 2022, and the record date October 31, 2022.
