ANNOUNCEMENT OF A CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING ACCORDING TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT

Sitowise Group Plc (the "Company") has on 27 October 2022 received a notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act from Paradigm Capital Value Fund SICAV, according to which Paradigm Capital Value Fund SICAV 's direct holding of the shares and votes of the Company increased to 5 percent on 26 October 2022.

According to the notification, Paradigm Capital Value Fund SICAV holds a total of 1,784,944 shares corresponding to 5.00 percent of the Company's shares and votes.

The share capital of the Company consists in aggregate of 35,665,927 shares, each share entitling to one (1) vote.
