Exel Composites' financial calendar and Annual General Meeting in 2023

EXEL COMPOSITES PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 3 NOVEMBER 2022 at 11:00 EET

Exel Composites will publish the following financial reports in 2023:

• Financial Statements Release 2022: 17 February 2023 at approximately 9:00 EET
• Business Review Q1 2023: 2 May 2023 at approximately 9:00 EET
• Half Year Financial Report Q1-Q2 2023: 18 August 2023 at approximately 9:00 EET
• Business Review Q1-Q3 2023: 3 November 2023 at approximately 9:00 EET

Annual Financial Report, including the Report of the Board the Directors as well as the financial statements, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for 2022 will be published on 9 March 2023 at the company's website www.exelcomposites.com.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 10 May 2023. The meeting will be convened by the company's Board of Directors at a later date.
