Milan, 11th March 2024 – BFF Bank S.p.A. ("BFF" or the "Bank") informs that today the following document related to the Bank's Shareholders' Meeting (the "AGM") to be held on 18th April 2024 has been made available to the public at the Bank's registered office in Milan - Via Domenichino No. 5, on the authorized storage mechanism , as well as on the section Investors > Governance > Shareholders' Meeting Documentation of BFF's website:
• With regard to items 3, 4 and 5 on the agenda, the Report on Remuneration and Compensation pursuant to Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998.
The courtesy translation in English will be made available to the public no later than 15th March 2024.
