("REVO" or the "Company") announces that it has made available to the public at its registered office, on the Company's website www.revoinsurance.com, under the section Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting and , on the information storage mechanism authorized by CONSOB called , (i) the Board of Directors' Report concerning item 1 (Financial Statements as of 31st December 2023), as well as (ii) the Board of Directors' Report concerning item 3 (Authorization to buy back and dispose of treasury shares) reffering to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting agenda.
