Eni: aggiornamento del calendario degli eventi societari 2024

Roma, 13 marzo 2024 – Eni comunica il seguente aggiornamento del calendario degli eventi societari pubblicato l'11 gennaio 2024: la delibera di distribuzione agli azionisti della quarta delle quattro tranche dell'erogazione in luogo del dividendo 2023, a valere sulle riserve disponibili, prevista per la riunione odierna del Consiglio di Amministrazione, sarà assunta nella riunione del 4 aprile 2024, mantenendo invariata la data di pagamento al 22 maggio 2024 con stacco al 20 maggio e record date al 21 maggio.

Eni: amendment to 2024 financial calendar

Rome, 13 March 2024 – Eni announces the following amendment to the financial calendar published on 11 January 2024: the resolution regarding the distribution to shareholders of the fourth of the four tranches in place of the 2023 dividend, from available reserves, scheduled for today's Board of Directors meeting, will be approved at the meeting on 4 April 2024, remaining unchanged the payment date on 22 May 2024 with ex-dividend date on 20 May and record date on 21 May.
