Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di algoWatt S.p.A., GreenTech Solutions Company quotata sul mercato Euronext Milan di Borsa Italiana, riunitosi con la presidenza di Stefano Neri, ha nominato Domenico De Marinis quale Lead Independent Director ai sensi della raccomandazione 13, lettera c) del Codice di Corporate Governance.

The Board of Directors of algoWatt S.p.A., a GreenTech Solutions Company listed on the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, met under the chairmanship of Stefano Neri and appointed Domenico De Marinis as Lead Independent Director pursuant to recommendation 13, letter c) of the Corporate Governance Code.
