Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" - tip.mi), independent and diversified industrial group listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. which invests in several excellent entrepreneurial companies, announces that today the notice of call of the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, the proxy forms, the information on the share capital, the Explanatory Report on the approval of the Statutory Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Explanatory Report for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors for the years 2024-2026, the Explanatory Report on the approval to purchase and utilise treasury shares, in accordance with Articles 2357 and 2357-ter of the Italian Civil Code and the Explanatory Report on remuneration policy and remuneration paid were filed.

Those documents are available at the Company's registered office, with the mechanism for the central storage used by the Company () and on the Company's website www.tipspa.it under "Corporate Governance/Shareholders meeting/Documents".
