MARZOCCHI POMPE: 2023 FINANCIAL CALENDAR CHANGE

Bologna, 20 July 2023 – Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (EGM:MARP), a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, announces, in compliance with the disclosure requirements provided for by Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, the following change to the financial calendar 2023:

• On Wednesday, 26 July 2023 at 5:30 p.m., the Board of Directors will meet to approve the preliminary results of the consolidated half-yearly report, which will be announced on Thursday, 27 July before the markets open
• The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the results of the consolidated halfyearly report remains unchanged at 29 September
• Therefore, the Financial Calendar 2023 of Marzocchi Pompe, incorporating the abovementioned change, is modified as follows:

Wednesday, 26th July 2023	Board of Directors Approval of preliminary consolidated figures (revenue and net financial position) as at 30 June 2023
Friday, 29th September 2023	Board of Directors Approval of the voluntarily audited consolidated half yearly financial report as at 30 June 2023
