Milano, 22 March 2024 – Industrie De Nora S.p.A., announces that the notice of call for the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 24 April 2024, in single call, is available on the Company website at www.denora.com (section "Governance – Shareholders' Meetings") as well as at the authorized storage mechanism at , and was published in excerpts in today's newspaper "Milano Finanza".

Today, the Company has also made available at its registered office, on its website at www.denora.com (section "Governance – Shareholders' Meetings") as well as at the authorized storage mechanism at , the Explanatory Reports on the items on the agenda.

At the registered office and at the above website, the Company has also made available the proxy forms that can be used for proxy voting and information on the amount of the share capital and its composition pursuant to Article 125-quater of the Italian Consolidated Financial Act.
