Optomed PlcStock Exchange Release2 December 2022 at 15.30, Helsinki Disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act regarding change in holdings Optomed Plc (“Optomed” or the “Company”) has received a notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act (as amended, the “SMA”) from OP-Rahastoyhtiö Oy (“Notifier”). According to the notification, the total holdings in Optomed shares and votes held by Notifier is 5.43 per cent of all of the registered shares in Optomed on 30 November 2022. The total holdings of the Notifier have not changed on 30 November 2022. Instead, the disclosure is made due to the merger of OP-Suomi Mikroyhtiöt and OP -Suomi Pienyhtiöt funds. The total number of the Company's registered shares amounts to 15,400,997 shares. Each share entitles to one vote.
