Sitowise Group Plc Stock Exchange Release 8 December 2022 at 9.30 am (EET) Change in Sitowise's Group Management Team Teemu Virtanen resigns from his position as business area director of Digital Solutions business area and a member of the group management team at the end of December 2022. CEO Heikki Haasmaa temporarily takes over the business area director's tasks. Teemu Virtanen has been in his position since February 2018, after Sitowise bought a company founded by him; Dimenteq Oy specialized in IT services utilizing spatial data. - Teemu has done a strong job with his team to build a new business area for Sitowise that has tripled its revenue and over doubled the number of employees during the ongoing strategy period. Digital solutions are in the center of Sitowise's strategy, and we see them as huge growth potential. Digitalization brings versatile opportunities for the development of the living environment, both through new services and products, innovations, and the development of existing business.
