Milano, 28 marzo 2024 – Si rende noto che sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della società (www.gruppoa2a.it), nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato ():

• la relazione finanziaria annuale, comprendente il progetto di bilancio separato di A2A S.p.A. e il bilancio consolidato del Gruppo A2A al 31 dicembre 2023, unitamente alla relazione sulla gestione ed alle attestazioni di cui all'art. 154-bis, comma 5, del Decreto Legislativo 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58;
• la dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario ai sensi del D.Lgs. 254/2016 e relativo supplemento – bilancio integrato 2023;
• le relazioni redatte dalla società di revisione legale e dal Collegio Sindacale, nonché la relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari per l'esercizio 2023;
• la Relazione sulla Remunerazione 2024.

La relazione finanziaria annuale è stata predisposta ai sensi della Direttiva Transparency secondo il formato elettronico unico di comunicazione (ESEF) in base ai principi dettati dal Regolamento Delegato UE 2019/815. Tale Relazione è stata pubblicata anche in versione PDF per agevolarne la lettura, fermo restando che solo la versione in formato ESEF ha valore legale.

Notice of document publication

Milan, March 28, 2024 – It is noted that

• the annual financial report, including A2A S.p.A. draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements of A2A Group for the year ended December 31st, 2023, together with the management report and the certifications pursuant to article 154–bis, paragraph 5, of the Legislative Decree February 24th, 1998, No. 58;
• the Consolidated Non-financial Statement pursuant to Legislative Decree 254/2016 and related Supplement – Integrated Financial Statements 2023;
• the reports of the external auditors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the report on corporate governance and ownership structure for the year 2023;
• the Compensation Report 2024

are available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the website of A2A (www.gruppoa2a.it) and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism ().

The annual financial report has been drawn up, in accordance with the Transparency Directive, in the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) in line with the principles set out in EU Delegated Regulation 2019/815. However, the report has also been published in PDF format for ease of reading, it being understood that only the ESEF format version has legal value.
