STAR7 - Composition of Share Capital: notification of change

Valle San Bartolomeo (Alessandria), 9 August 2023 – STAR7 (EGM: ticker STAR7) - a company that provides an integrated range of product-information services, from product and process engineering support to the creation and management of technical and marketing content, translation, printing and virtual experience - announces, pursuant to the "Transparency Regulations" and Art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, that the composition of the share capital, viewable at the Company Register of Alessandria, changed on 19 May 2023 due to the conversion of PAS Special Shares.

The table below shows the composition of the Share Capital as published on 19 May 2023 both on the company website in the Investor Relations/Shareholder Information section and in the Press Release section.
