With reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, called for 24 April 2024, we inform you that the following documents are available at the Company's registered office, on Banca Sistema's website www.bancasistema.it (Section Investors/ Governance/ Shareholders' Meeting/ 2024/ 24 April 2024) and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism :

• − Reports of the Board of Directors on the following items on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting,
  • Item 1 Approval of the separate financial statements of Banca Sistema S.p.A at 31 December 2023. Presentation of the consolidated financial statements at 31 December 2023. Reports of the board of directors, the board of statutory auditors and the independent auditors. Relating and resulting resolutions.
  • Item 2 Allocation of the profit for the year 2023. Relating and resulting resolutions.
• − Banca Sistema Financial Statement at 31 December 2023.
