ELICA S.p.A. FILING OF THE SLATES - TERMS FOR FILING OF LISTS OF STATUTORY AUDITORS

Fabriano, March 31, 2024 – Elica S.p.A. announces that on March 29, 2024, the slates for the renewal of the Board of Directors and the slate for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the majority shareholder FAN S.R.L., holder of 52.809% of the Elica S.p.A. subscribed and paid-in share capital, were filed.

The slates will be made available to the public by April 3, 2024, at the registered offices, on the authorised storage mechanism () and on the Elica S.p.A. website at hVps://corporate.elica.com/en/governance/shareholders-meeYng.

In accordance with ArYcle 144-sexies, Consob Issuers' RegulaYons, Elica S.p.A. announces that, as on March 30, 2024 only the above-stated slate for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors had been filed, slates may be presented by the minority shareholders unYl April 2, 2024 and the threshold for the presentaYon of such slates is reduced by half (therefore 1.25% of Elica S.p.A. voYng share capital).
