Si comunica che, con riferimento all'Assemblea dei soci convocata in unica convocazione per il giorno 23 aprile 2024, sono pervenute due liste di candidati per il rinnovo del Collegio Sindacale.

Le liste, unitamente alla documentazione richiesta dalla vigente disciplina e dallo Statuto, sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale in Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), Via Sebina 74, sul sito internet della Società www.gefran.com alla sezione Investor Relations / Governance / Assemblee, nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato , consultabile all'indirizzo e gestito da Computershare S.p.A.

FILING OF THE LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS

With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting scheduled in sole call on 23 April 2024, please note that two lists of candidates for the renewal of the Board of statutory auditors have been received.

The lists, jointly with the documentation required by current regulations and the Articles of Association, are available since today at Gefran S.p.A.'s registered office, in Provaglio d'Iseo, Via Sebina 74, on the company's website www.gefran.com in the Investor relations / Governance / Shareholders' Meetings section and on the authorized storage system managed by Computershare S.p.A.
