Communication regarding the total amount of the voting rights

De' Longhi S.p.A. announces that in March 2024 there have been changes in the voting rights of the Company due to the requests for deletion from the increased voting rights list relating to no. 40,000 ordinary shares with increased voting rights of De' Longhi S.p.A., pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree 98/1998 ("TUF") and in application of the provisions of Article 5-bis of the Articles of Association.

The following table shows the data relating to the shares in circulation and the number of voting rights exercisable at today's date.
