Relais Group's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2023

Relais Group Plc, Stock exchange release, 19 December 2022 at 13.00 EET Relais Group Plc will publish the following financial reports during 2023: · Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2022, on Thursday, 2 March 2023 · Interim management statement 1-3/2023, on Thursday 4 May 2023 · Half-year financial report 1-6/2023, on Thursday 10 August 2023 · Interim management statement 1-9/2023, on Thursday 2 November 2023 The Financial Statements Bulletin, Interim management statements and Half-year financial report will be published at approximately 9 a.m. Finnish time on the above dates. The Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors for 2022 will be published on Tuesday, 14 March 2023 on the Company's website. The Annual General Meeting 2023 The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday, 5 April 2023. The Board of Directors will give later a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting. A shareholder, who wishes to place an item on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting, shall submit the request in writing to the company's Board of Directors by 28 February 2023.
