Publication of BFF's subsidiaries 2023 annual reports

Milan, 3 rd April 2024 – BFF Bank S.p.A. ("BFF" or the "Bank") informs that today, the annual reports and/or summary financial statements as of 31st December 2023 of the subsidiaries of BFF have been made available to the public at the Bank's registered office in Milan - Via Domenichino No. 5, pursuant to Article 77, paragraph 2-bis, of the Regulations adopted by Consob with Resolution No. 11971/99 and Article 2429, paragraph 4, of the Civil Code.
