TIM: ASATI WITHDRAWS SLATE FOR BOARD RENEWAL

Rome, 15 April 2024

TIM informs that ASATI - Telecom Italia Shareholders Association - has withdrawn the slate of candidates that, on behalf of Shareholders associated with it, it had submitted for the appointment of the Board of Directors, in view of the Shareholders' Meeting called for 23 April 2024.

It is also announced that the forms for issuing proxies to the Appointed Representative, as well as the documents relating to the solicitation of proxies promoted by the Company, will be updated accordingly.
