STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 January 2023 at 9:00 EET During the 1-31 December 2022 conversion period there was one conversion and a total of 4 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 16 January 2023, and trading in the new R shares will start on 17 January 2023. Breakdown of shares after conversion: A shares 176,238,276 R shares 612,381,711 Total 788,619,987 Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237,476,447.
