Amendment to the FY2024 Financial Calendar

Milan, April 16th , 2024 - Digital Bros Group (DIB:MI), a video games company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan (ISIN: IT0001469995) and part of the FTSE Italia Small Cap index and Euronext Tech Leaders, pursuant to Art. 2.6.2 of the Regulation of markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., informs that the Board of Directors decided to postpone its meeting for the approval of the Interim Report as of March 31st, 2024 (Q3 of Fiscal Year 2023-2024), previously scheduled for May 9th , to May 14th, 2024.
