TIM: KKR CONFIRMS NOTIFICATION OF THE NETCO DEAL TO THE DG COMP OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION

Rome, 19 April 2024

TIM announces, in the context of the work under way to finalize the transaction for the sale of NetCo pursuant to the transaction agreement signed with Optics BidCo (a subsidiary of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. "KKR"), that it has received confirmation from the buyer that the transaction has been notified to the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission. The Group therefore confirms that the disposal is proceeding according to the scheduled timetable.
