MUNDYS: INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT 2023

Rome, 19 April 2024 - Mundys announces that the Company's Board of Directors has approved the Integrated Annual Report for 2023, with an update of the disclosure of events after the reporting date. The Integrated Annual Report includes Mundys SpA's separate and consolidated financial statements. The date of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders is confirmed as 30 April 2024 and will have the same agenda as communicated on 21 March 2024.

Other information

The manager responsible for financial reporting, Tiziano Ceccarani, declares, pursuant to section 2 of article 154-bis of the Consolidated Finance Act, that the accounting information contained in this release is consistent with the underlying accounting records.

The documents will be published within the deadline established by the relevant statutory requirements, together with the Board of Statutory Auditors' opinion and the results of the audit currently in progress.
