Changes in Solteq Plc's Executive Team

Stock Exchange Bulletin Changes in Board / Management / Auditors January 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.

The Board of Directors of Solteq Plc has appointed Oona Silén (b.1981) as VP of People and Culture and a member of the Executive Team of the company as of February 6, 2023. Silén is currently working as Head of HR at SYNLAB Finland Oy and has extensive experience in HR management.

"I am eagerly waiting for the new phase of my career to begin. The work community is challenged by organizational changes and emerging technologies. Skill development and fostering an inspiring and well-being promoting culture are ever more important in the IT sector", reflects Oona Silén, the newly appointed VP of People and Culture.

The current VP of People and Culture of Solteq, Kirsi Jalasaho, will continue in her position until January 31, 2023.
