Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 29 aprile 2024 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 16 aprile 2024 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 22 al 26 aprile 2024, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 27.250 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.536.550 azioni proprie, pari all'8,401% del capitale sociale e al 6,560% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, April 29th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 16th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period April 22nd and 26th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 27,250 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,536,550 treasury shares, equal to 8.401% of the share capital and 6.560% on the voting rights.
