Correction: Bittium Corporation's Financial Calendar for the Year 2023

The stock exchange release published by Bittium Corporation on December 21, 2022, regarding the 2023 financial calendar contained an incorrect date for the publication of the 2022 Annual Report.

Below is the full release text and the corrected date.

In 2023, Bittium Corporation will publish its half year financial report, annual financial report, and Business Reviews from the financial periods of January-March and January-September. The structure of the Business Reviews is lighter than that of the financial reports.

In 2023, Bittium Corporation will publish its half year financial report and Financial Statement Bulletin as follows:

• Financial Statement Bulletin 2022: on February 10, 2023, at 8.00 am (CET+1)
• Half Year Financial Report January June 2023: on August 4, 2023, at 8.00 am (CEST+1)

In 2023, Bittium Corporation will publish its Business Reviews as follows:

• Business Review January-March 2023: on April 27, 2023, at 8.00 am (CET+1)
• Business Review January-September 2023: on October 20, 2023, at 8.00 am (CET+1)

Bittium Corporation observes a three-week silent period prior to announcing its financial reports. In 2023 the silent periods are as follows:

• January 20 February 10, 2023
• April 6 April 27, 2023
• July 14 August 4, 2023
• September 29 October 20, 2023

Bittium will release its Annual Report 2022 including Corporate Governance and Sustainability Report on March 20, 2023.

The Annual General Meeting will be held in Oulu, Finland on April 12, 2023.
