Biesse announces that the payment of a gross dividend of € 0.14 per share to eligible shareholders will be effected as approved by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.

Detachment date 6 th May 2024, record date 7 th May 2024, payment value date 8 th 2024. Coupon no. 18.

The dividend is to be paid entirely from the profit for the year shown in the financial statements.

The total disbursement will amount to 3,836,363.02 euros.

The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting minute will be made available within the terms of law.
