algoWatt: la controllata TerniEnergia Progetti ha sottoscritto un accordo quadro per la realizzazione di progetti fino a 70 Mwp di impianti fotovoltaici in Italia entro il 2026

• L'intesa di durata quadriennale con il primario operatore internazionale prevede attività di sviluppo e permitting, EPC e servizi di O&M

algoWatt S.p.A., GreenTech Solutions Company quotata sul mercato Euronext Milan di Borsa Italiana, rende noto che, in data odierna, la controllata TerniEnergia Progetti ha sottoscritto un accordo quadro quadriennale con un primario operatore internazionale attivo nell'asset management e negli investimenti per lo sviluppo di impianti fotovoltaici.

In particolare, la controparte è impegnata nella realizzazione di una pipeline di nuovi impianti fotovoltaici, per un totale stimato di 70 MWp da realizzare entro il 31 dicembre 2026, ferma restando la maggior durata dell'accordo. Nell'ambito di questa strategia, testimoniata dalle notevoli dimensioni del programma di investimenti, il sopra citato Gruppo internazionale punta a posizionarsi come uno dei player IPP di maggior successo del settore e uno dei principali attori in Italia nel settore fotovoltaico.

Nell'ambito dell'accordo quadro TerniEnergia Progetti fornirà servizi di:

Sviluppo e permitting di singoli progetti;
Progettazione preliminare ed esecutiva, ove necessario la revisione di progetti esistenti;
Procurement secondo richieste ad eccezione della fornitura di moduli fotovoltaici;
Costruzione della centrale fotovoltaica completa;
Servizi di consulenza specialistica relative al "commissioning" dei singoli impianti;
Servizi di O&M secondo specifiche fornite dal Committente.

TerniEnergia Progetti, nell'ambito del processo di ristrutturazione del gruppo algoWatt, ha un programma di forti incrementi di capacità produttiva, per valorizzare appieno le competenze possedute relative alla progettazione, sviluppo e realizzazione degli impianti fotovoltaici di media e grande dimensione (utility scale). Tale accordo contribuirà in maniera significativa all'incremento delle attività industriali dell'azienda e a rendere maggiormente sostenibili gli impegni nei confronti della controllante algowatt S.p.A. per l'affitto del ramo d'azienda EPC e O&M fotovoltaico, nel contesto dell'avviato scenario di ristrutturazione.

algoWatt: the subsidiary TerniEnergia Progetti signed a framework agreement for the realisation of up to 70 MWp of photovoltaic projects in Italy by 2026

• The four-year agreement with the leading international operator includes development and permitting, EPC and O&M services

algoWatt S.p.A., GreenTech Solutions Company listed on the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, announces that, today, the subsidiary TerniEnergia Progetti has signed a four-year framework agreement with a leading international player active in asset management and investments for the development of photovoltaic plants.

Specifically, the counterparty is committed to the construction of a pipeline of new photovoltaic plants, for an estimated total of 70 MWp to be built by 31 December 2026, subject to the longer term of the agreement. As part of this strategy, evidenced by the considerable size of the investment programme, the above-mentioned international group aims to position itself as one of the most successful IPP players in the sector and one of the main players in Italy in the photovoltaic industry.

Under the framework agreement, TerniEnergia Progetti will provide services of:

Development and permitting of individual projects;
Preliminary and executive design, where necessary the revision of existing projects;
Procurement as required except for the supply of photovoltaic modules;
Construction of the complete photovoltaic power plant;
Specialist consultancy services related to the commissioning of individual plants;
O&M services according to specifications provided by the customer.

TerniEnergia Progetti, as part of the restructuring process of the algoWatt group, has a programme of strong increases in production capacity, in order to fully exploit its expertise in the design, development and construction of medium and large photovoltaic systems (utility scale). This agreement will significantly contribute to the increase of the company's industrial activities and make the commitments to the parent company algowatt S.p.A. for the leasing of the EPC and photovoltaic O&M business unit more sustainable, in the context of the restructuring scenario that has begun.
