Nokian Tyres plc Stock Exchange Release February 15, 2023 at 9:15 a.m. Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway) on February 14, 2023, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5. According to the announcement, Norges Bank's (The Central Bank of Norway) direct holding in Nokian Tyres shares and voting rights fell below the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on February 13, 2023. The direct shareholding of Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway) in Nokian Tyres amounted to 6,771,721 shares, corresponding to 4.88% of Nokian Tyres' shares and voting rights.
