Paul Sohlberg to start as Exel Composites' President and CEO on 20 March 2023

EXEL COMPOSITES PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 17 FEBRUARY at 08:45 EET Paul Sohlberg's starting date as President and CEO of Exel Composites Plc has been specified. He will start in the position on 20 March 2023. On 25 October 2022, Exel Composites announced Paul Sohlberg's appointment and that he will assume his position latest on 1 May 2023. As earlier announced, Exel Composites' Board Member Jouni Heinonen will continue as Interim President and CEO of Exel Composites until Paul Sohlberg assumes his new position, assuring a smooth transition.
