CapMan's updated remuneration policy published

CapMan has published its updated remuneration policy for its governing bodies at www.capman.com/shareholders/governance/remuneration/ . The decision making concerning the remuneration of a full-time Chair of the Board is noted in the policy. The policy is also available as an attachment to this release. The updated remuneration policy is presented for the Annual General Meeting on 15 March 2023.
