LA SIA: CONTRACT WORTH MORE THAN EUR 1 MILLION TO REGENERATE ITALY'S REAL ESTATE ASSETS
CONSOLIDATION IN THE ENERGY SECTOR CONTINUES
Rome, January 18 th, 2024 - La SIA S.p.A. ("La SIA" or the "Company"), a company active in the engineering & design sector with a focus on critical infrastructure, listed on the multilateral trading system Euronext Growth Milan, announces that it has successfully participated in a tender issued by a leading multinational company operating in the electricity production and distribution sectors for the assignment of the Real Estate Business Line dedicated to the regeneration of Italy's real estate assets.
LA SIA was awarded the assignment of services related to the certification of construction sites indirect model with a total value estimated of more than 1 million Euro. The start of the activity is scheduled for January 2024 and will have duration of 12 months.
LA SIA will offer supervision and control services of the progress of works, digitizing the survey phase, with a real time interaction with the executing companies, certifying the correctness of the works for the entire production chain, estimating about 12,000 remote inspections per year.
La SIA's ability to capitalize on the new opportunities offered by artificial intelligence will make it possible to perform operational processes with Augmented Reality content visualization on Smart Glasses using standard mobile devices and 5G networks.
