MARZOCCHI POMPE ADOPTS MODEL 231 AND APPOINTS SUPERVISORY BODY

Bologna, 30 January 2024 – Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (EGM:MARP), a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, announces that it has adopted the "Model of Organization, Management and Control" prepared pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 (the "Model 231"), together with a new version of the Code of Ethics containing the fundamental principles that the Company must also be guided by in the application of the Model itself.

Model 231 is a fundamental tool for establishing guidelines and procedures to prevent certain offenses, as well as for promoting a corporate culture of ethics and compliance with applicable regulations. It also provides a mechanism for demonstrating the company's commitment to preventing and handling potential violations, helping to protect both the company itself and its stakeholders.

In accordance with the provisions of Model 231, Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. has appointed the Supervisory Board ("SB") in the person of Riccardo Bigi, for a period of 12 months that may be renewed upon expiration. The Supervisory Board has the task of supervising the proper implementation, effectiveness and observance of Model 231 within the Company, as well as taking care of its updating. Bigi has also been entrusted with the task of Reporting Manager, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023 on whistleblowing.
