Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 27 maggio 2024 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 16 aprile 2024 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 20 al 24 maggio 2024, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 23.050 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.619.500 azioni proprie, pari all'8,555% del capitale sociale e al 6,680% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, May 27th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 16th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period May 20th and 24th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 23,050 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,619,500 treasury shares, equal to 8.555% of the share capital and 6.680% on the voting rights.
