TIM: POSITIVE EU COMMISSION GREEN LIGHT FOR THE SALE OF NETCO TO KKR, CLOSING EXPECTED ON SCHEDULE

Rome, 30 May 2024

TIM welcomes the positive assessment received from the European Commission regarding the transaction for the sale of NetCo to Optics BidCo, a subsidiary of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. 'KKR' and notified by the buyer on April 19.

The European Commission's Phase 1 decision confirms that the transaction will be completed on schedule.
