ORDINARY MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS: PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF MEETING AND FILING OF DOCUMENTS
Rome, 8 h April 2024 – La SIA S.p.A. ("La SIA" or the 'Company'), a company active in the engineering & design sector with a focus on critical infrastructure, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that the Notice of Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company convened for April 23, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at the Gianni & Origoni Studio Legale in Via delle Quattro Fontane, 20, 00184 - Rome (RM), has been published on the Company's website at www.investors.lasia.it, at the authorized storage mechanism "****" available at and, in extract, in the daily newspaper "Italia Oggi."
In addition, it is also announced that available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's website at www.investors.lasia.it are the annual financial report for fiscal year 2023, which includes, among other documents, the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, the consolidated financial statements, the management report of the Board of Directors, as well as the reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors, the proxy forms, and the Board of Directors' explanatory report on the items on the agenda.
