The transactions of sales of treasury shares were performed following the exercise of options granted to those beneficiaries on the basis of such plans. The price of the sale is equal to the exercise price set at the time those options were granted; and (ii) of purchase of treasury shares carried out by UBS Europe SE, as intermediary, in execution of the share buy-back program communicated to the market on 9th May 2024 and initiated on 10th May 2024.
