De' Longhi S.p.A. Communication of change in share capital and regarding the total amount of the voting rights

(drafted pursuant to Art 85-bis, subsections 1 and 4-bis of Consob Regulation No. 11971 of 14 May 1999)

De' Longhi communicates the new share capital composition (fully subscribed and paid up), following the execution, during the period between 20th June 2024 and 26th June 2024, of the capital increase resolved upon by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 22nd April 2020 to service the "2020-2027 Stock Options" plan of De' Longhi S.p.A. (the "Plan").

The statement on the change in share capital was filed with the Treviso-Belluno Register of Companies today.

The capital increase described above was carried out with the issue of 46,870 ordinary shares (IT0003115950) in favour of the Plan's beneficiaries.

Given that, with the following table we report – pursuant to Article 85-bis, subsections 1 and 4-bis, of the Issuers' Regulation adopted by Consob with resolution no. 11971 of 14th May 1999 – the new composition of the share capital and its related change as well as the total number of voting rights that can be exercised at today's date, indicating number of shares making up the share capital of the Company.
