Conveyance of Tokmanni Group Corporation's own shares under share-based incentive program

Tokmanni Group Corporation Stock exchange release 22 March 2023 at 4:25 pm A total of 5,025 of Tokmanni Group Corporation's own shares have been conveyed without consideration to the 57 employees participating in the share-based incentive program 2022 under the terms and conditions of the plan. The earned shares will be released from restrictions in January 2025. If the employee's employment ends before the end of the restriction period, the shares will return to the company. The decision on the directed share issue is based on the authorisation granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 23 March 2022. After the transfer of shares, Tokmanni holds 45,038 own shares as treasury shares.
