Pesaro, 19 April 2024 – Biesse S.p.A. ("Biesse" or the "Company"), a company listed on the Euronext Milan, stock market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., STAR segment, for the purpose of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on first call for 29 th April 2024 and if necessary on 30th April 2024 in second call, communicates, in accordance with article 85-bis, comma 4-bis of the Regolamento Emittenti issued by Consob with resolution n. 11971 dated 14th May 1999 (the "Regolamento Emittenti"), the data related to shares of the share capital and the number of voting rights as of the date defined by art. 83-sexies, comma 2 of Decreto Legislativo 24th February 1998 n. 58 ("record date"), namely 18th April 2024.
