Pesaro, 30 July 2024 – We inform that today we made available to the public, according to art. 70, comma 7, let. a) Regolamento Consob 11971/99, the unique project of partial demerger and of merger by incorporation related to (i) the partial demerger of GMM S.p.A in favor of Biesse S.p.A. and (ii) the merger by incorporation of Forvet S.p.A. Costruzioni Macchine Speciali in Bavelloni S.p.A.

The unique project of partial demerger and merger by incorporation has been published on the company website www.biesse.com - Governance and Investitor area - and on the authorized storage site .
