NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE
Bologna, 12 July 2024
BolognaFiere S.p.A. (from now on also referred to as "BolognaFiere" or the "Company"), one of the leading international trade fair organizers, at this moment announces, under Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, that it has received from its shareholder Informa Group Limited ("Informa") the notification of a substantial change in the shareholding in the Company, whereby Informa has informed BolognaFiere, according to Article 12 of the Articles of Association, that on 10 July 2024, it will reach the relevant threshold of 15% of the share capital with voting rights.
Following this change, the shareholders holding at least 5% of the Company's share capital (known as significant shareholders) are as follows has changed completely
