Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 23 agosto 2024 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 16 aprile 2024 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 19 al 23 agosto 2024, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 17.850 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.801.650 azioni proprie, pari all'8,892% del capitale sociale e al 6,943% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, August 23rd, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 16th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period August 19th and 23rd, 2024, acquired on the EXM 17,850 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,801,650 treasury shares, equal to 8.892% of the share capital and 6.943% on the voting rights.
