PRESS RELEASE
Gazzaniga (BG), July 23, 2024 - FAE Technology S.p.A. - Benefit Company ("FAE Technology" or the "Company" or the "Group"), Tech company and parent of the Italian electronics sector Group of the same name, announces that, following the authorization granted today with respect to the early release of the Lock-Up Agreement, exclusively for 100,000 ordinary shares, by Integrae SIM S.p.A. to the shareholder Sehme S.a.g.l., the Company has in turn approved this release on the same date. It should be noted that the remaining 140,000 ordinary shares held by Sehme S.a.g.l. remain subject to this restriction.
The request for the release of the Lock-Up is required for the simultaneous sale by the shareholder Sehme S.a.g.l., a company owned by Angelo Facchinetti, director of the Board of Directors of the Company, of the aforementioned 100,000 ordinary shares of FAE Technology, corresponding to 0,57% of the share capital, at a price of Euro 4.00 per share, in favor of a foreign institutional investor.
Pursuant to Article 26 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, the names of the significant shareholders of FAE Technology and the relative share capital percentage will be made available on the Company's website https://fae.technology/investor-relations/ "Shareholders and Share Capital" section. The Company will update the composition of the shareholder structure and provide timely information where any communications are received from shareholders.
