Eurotech: updated financial calendar 2024

Amaro (Italy), 30 August 2024 – The Company announces that the Board of Directors to approve the Half Year Consolidated Financial Report at 30 June 2024 has been postponed to September 13, 2024 (from the previously communicated date of September 5, 2024).

The updated calendar relating to the corporate events for year 2024 is reported below:

Board of Directors' Meetings

19 March 2024:	approval of the 2023 Annual Report and 2023 Draft Consolidated Financial Statements
15 May 2024:	approval of the Consolidated Interim Management Report at 31 March 2024
	13 September 2024: approval of the Half Year Consolidated Financial Report at 30 June 2024
	14 November 2024: approval of the Consolidated Interim Management Report at 30 September 2024
