LA SIA SECURES CONTRACTS WITH A TOTAL VALUE OF AROUND 1.5 MILLION EURO

THE COMPANY GROWS IN THE ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE SERVICES SECTOR, WINNING THREE CONTRACTS FROM AGENZIA DEL DEMANIO AND POSTE ITALIANE

Rome, August 7 th 2024 – La SIA S.p.A. ('La SIA' or the 'Company'), a company operating in the engineering & design sector, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that it has won three tenders for a total value of approximately 1.5 million Euro, called by Poste Italiane and Agenzia del Demanio.

In particular, La SIA has been definitively awarded two framework agreements for a total amount of 1 million Euro, called by Agenzia del Demanio for the assignment of engineering and architecture services and other technical services relating to extraordinary maintenance works on state-owned buildings and/or buildings in use by state administrations and on buildings owned by Agenzia del Demanio, for lots North 2P and Centre 2P. The total duration of the works will be 36 months for each lot.

La SIA was also awarded the tender called by Poste Italiane for the performance of technical-administrative due diligence activities and possible real estate regularisation activities on a portfolio of properties owned by Poste Italiane S.p.A., distributed throughout Italy. The service, amounting to 498.810,70 Euro, will last two years.
