Kemira Oyj, Stock Exchange Release, June 6, 2023 at 9.00 am (EEST) Kemira Oyj: Financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2024 During the year 2024, Kemira Oyj will publish financial information as follows: - Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2023, February 9, 2024 at around 8.30 am (EET). - Annual Report 2023 will be published the week starting on February 12, 2024. - Interim report January-March 2024, April 26, 2024, at around 8.30 am (EEST). - Half-year financial report January-June 2024, July 17, 2024, at around 8.30 am (EEST). - Interim report January-September 2024, October 25, 2024 at around 8.30 am (EEST). The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 1.00 pm (EET). The Board of Directors of the company will convene the meeting.
